·  Install, configure, test, analyze, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, Call Manager, Juniper routers, virtual machines, encryption devices, LAN and WAN systems, ASIP radios, and responsible for equipment totaling over $3 million.

·  Provided customer level training and support on the use of Voice over IP (VoIP), regular desktop telephone systems.  Resolved complex network and customer associated problems related to network interface card (NIC) configurations, IP address and sub-netting, VoIP, and Internet access.

·  Provided training on the use and operation of the JNN to other network operators on a moment’s notice with no time for preparation or material.

·  Coordinated with organizational leadership and customers to provide unimpeded network functionality and access to network resources for telephones and computer networks.

·  Installed, configured, tested, and managed Cisco 3600, 3900 and 2811 series routers, Cisco 3500 series switches, Cisco ASA 5500 series firewalls, and Juniper 6350 router.

·  Lead a small team of four soldiers to establish and maintain digital communications via satellite.

·  Installed, tested, managed, and troubleshot the Lot 9 Satellite Transportable Terminal.

·  Provide in-person and remote support and assistance to over 1000 customers spread out over five battalions and 25 companies to ensure business needs were satisfied.

·  Provided training to other network operators and technicians; in accordance with standard operating procedures and technical manuals, to provide instructional techniques that can be used to train customers, and troubleshooting techniques to facilitate problem isolation and resolution.

·  Researched and resolved a conference call connectivity problem needed for senior management to communicate with battalion leaders on movements associated with current training exercise.

February 2011-March 2013 Automotive Technician Audi of Lighthouse Point, Florida

·  Installed, configured, and tested computer based tools that analyzed, troubleshot, tested, and provided diagnostic information for the repair of Audi vehicles; in accordance with Audi procedures, policies, and established manual.

·  Replaced Audi tires in accordance with established Audi guidelines using computer based applications for proper alignment and balance to provide a comfortable ride to the customer.

·  Performed preventative maintenance on an assortment of Audi and other manufacturer automobiles as required by their manufacturer automotive manuals, to ensure proper operations.  These included the lubrication of required joints and linkages, replacement of engine oil, replacement of engine coolant, testing of computer based controls and indicators, and test drive the automobile for proper operation.
